Safe Stripes' Advocacy Paves Way for New BKK Speed Limit Laws

Through persistent advocacy and collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), Safe Stripes Society proudly celebrates the implementation of new speed limits—marking a significant step toward safer streets for Bangkokians.

Thailand: Among the

World’s Deadliest Roads

Road safety is a global crisis—claiming 1.19 million lives yearly—and The Global #1 Killer of children. Thailand faces Asia's deadliest roads, with high traffic, poor infrastructure, and weak enforcement putting millions at risk.

Combatting the

#1 Killer of Children

We’re driving change in Bangkok’s road safety by creating innovative, affordable tech solutions like vibration-based speed sensors and AI-powered cameras, implemented in partnership with local government agencies. Our mission doesn’t stop at tech—we amplify awareness through interactive events and collaborations with driving schools to foster a culture of safe driving. Additionally, we advocate for stricter traffic laws, petitioning and working closely with officials to make Bangkok’s streets safer for everyone.
